DLSI Finance Office: Collection of Administration Files
Abstract
This is a collection of various materials that were stored in the Finance Office Vault and the basement of the De La Salle Institute Offices at Mont La Salle. They were transferred to the SFNO District Archives after the Finance Office reorganized their administrative files. This collection consists of a selection of The Official Catholic Directories, internal financial publications, a few bank books, and an assortment of metal dies used for printing envelopes and letterheads.

Physical Description
One 10'x12"x5" archival multi-purpose box, one 12"x5"x3.5" non-archival box, thirty-four encyclopedia type volumes, and twenty-six smaller supplement volumes. The books are stored unboxed, and are approximately 7 linear feet.
Processing Information
Some of the internal financial publications are from 2015, and thus should technically be filed in the SFNO District Archive Repository. However, since they were transferred together with SF District materials, and since they do not use the new name (SFNO), they will be kept in the SF District Archive Repository.
